- How does it decide what to change?
- It watches weather, timing, transit friction and any edit you make, then rewrites the rest of the day so the arc still lands. It never surfaces a change just to keep you engaged.
- Do I need to chat with it?
- No. The Concierge is written to disappear. It surfaces only when there is a decision only you can make — a swap, a delay, a change in company.
- Is it a human or an AI?
- It is a StoryOS voice, composed by our editorial team and rendered by AI. On enterprise plans, a hospitality team can stand behind the same voice for their guests.
