Privacy at StoryOS

StoryOS is an early-access product. We collect the minimum we need to compose your days, remember them the way you want them remembered, and reply to a note when you send one. This page describes what that means in practice.

What we collect

When you sign in, we store your email address and a display name if you provide one. When you complete onboarding, we store the traveler-profile choices you make — vibe, pace, budget, familiarity, draws, constraints — so the Engine can compose days that suit you.

  • Account: email, sign-in method, display name.
  • Traveler profile: onboarding answers you provide.
  • Inquiries: name, email, organization, and the message you write us on a contact form.
  • Basic usage telemetry: which routes are visited (no page content, no keystrokes).

What we do not collect

We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not attempt to identify you across other sites.

Where your data lives

StoryOS runs on Lovable Cloud, our managed backend platform. Data is stored in a secured Postgres database with row-level security so that only you (and, where applicable, StoryOS operators) can read your own records.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Write to us and we will handle the request by hand, usually within a week.

Children

StoryOS is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, please write to us and we will remove it.

Changes

When we change this page in a way that materially affects you, we will note the change at the top of the page and, where practical, tell you directly. This is a living document — it will get more detailed as StoryOS grows.
