Terms of use
These are the ground rules for using StoryOS. They are written in plain language on purpose — if something isn't clear, write to us and we'll rewrite it.
Preview product
StoryOS is in an early-access preview. The Engine composes days for a limited set of cities today, features move and improve week to week, and downtime is possible. We're building this carefully in public.
Your account
You are responsible for the account you create and the actions taken with it. Please use accurate information at sign-up so we can reach you if something goes wrong.
Acceptable use
Use StoryOS to plan and remember your own days. Do not attempt to scrape the product, resell access, submit unlawful content, or use the platform to harass or endanger other people. We may suspend accounts that do.
Third-party places
StoryOS composes days that include real venues, transit, and events run by third parties. We do our best to keep information accurate, but the venues themselves are responsible for their opening hours, reservations, prices, and the experience you have on-site.
No warranty
StoryOS is provided as-is during the preview period. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to the service
We may add, change, or retire features as the product evolves. If we make a change that materially affects paid access, we will tell you in advance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction StoryOS is operated from. Where a mandatory local consumer law grants you additional rights, those rights are not affected.
