Data and privacy — how StoryOS handles the day

When the Engine composes a day, it reads your traveler profile, the context you provide (city, date, who you are with), and public information about the places involved. The output — an itinerary — is stored under your account so you can return to it, edit it, and remember it later.

If you save a day to your Memory, you own that entry. We store the day you accepted, any notes you added, and the moments you marked. We do not analyse the content of your memories to sell you anything. Memories are yours to keep, edit, export, or delete.

StoryOS is composed with the help of a small number of third-party services: our managed backend platform, an authentication provider, and, where the Engine calls a language model, a language-model provider. Data sent to these providers is limited to what the specific request requires and is not used to train third-party models.

Account and memory data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete the associated data within thirty days. Inquiry messages are retained for up to twenty-four months so we can keep a real conversation with you.

You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time. We handle every request personally.
